Update: RTOS 1.8.9.0 | WEB 2.0.2.2

Configurator:

1. Fixed bug in presenting of current state of inputs/outputs in the Expanders tab.
2. The search field in the tree view now supports searching for content of the Channel field.
3. Fixed validation of input fields in the Users tab, which resulted in fault of saving configuration when field contained illegal character(s).

RTOS:

1. Added diagnostic features
2. Minor bug fixes.
