The SMA Sunny Tripower series consists of three-phase grid-tied inverters that convert energy from photovoltaic panels into alternating current, used in the household or fed into the grid. The integration allows live data readout directly from the inverter, without the need to log in to the manufacturer’s app or portal. Available data includes energy production parameters (current and daily), AC grid voltage, and inverter operating status, allowing energy production to be monitored in real time from a single system, alongside other devices in the home.
The SMA Sunny Tripower integration is available only for the DOMIQ Base 2.0 module and supports exclusively the Sunny Tripower inverter series. For other SMA inverter models, please contact us at: info@domiq.pl.
Installation instructions for individual SMA Sunny Tripower inverter models can be found in the manufacturer’s manual database – search there for your specific device model.
1. In the Integrations tab, enable the SMA Sunny Tripower integration.
2. Click Configure button to begin configuring the inverter:
2.1 Add a new device (+Add device) and set its name and IP address.
2.2 The Save and quit button will save the inverter configuration and automatically add a user interface to the Remote tab, making it immediately ready for operation and control from the mobile app.
3. To complete the configuration, confirm the changes in the Integrations tab by clicking Save.
