How to make updates?

Remember that you can monitor the updating process by means of the Discover program- click twice on the name of the Base module in order to display the console window.

Option 1 - Automatic

1. Log into the configuration interface of the Base configurator.
2. Go to Settings tabs and in the section called System click the Updates push-button.
3. Click the Update selected push-button, the program will download the updates and restart the Base by itself.

Option 2 - Manual

1. Download the files from the website, to which the update is supposed to refer .
2. Log into the configuration interface of the Base configurator.
3. Go to Settings tabs and in the section called System click the Updates push-button.
4. Paste the update key for the file which you want to update into the "Update key" field and then click the "Load" push-button. The activity must be repeated for each file, which we would like to update. The files must be updated in the following order:
   • ​rtos
   • system
   • web 
5. After completion of the update, restart the Base module.

When the update is not completed successfully
