Double-click the name of the Base module to open the console window.
When an Update Fails
If the message “Update failed” appears during a Base update, DO NOT restart the Base module; instead, contact our technical support department at the following phone number:
How do I update?
Automatically
- Log in to the Base configurator’s configuration interface.
- Go to the Settings tab and click the Updates button in the System section.
- Click the Update Selected button, and the program will automatically download the updates and restart Base.
Manually
- Download the files to be updated from the website.
- Go to the Base configurator you want to update.
- Go to the Settings tab and click the Updates button in the System section.
- In the Update Key field, paste the update key for the file you want to update, and click the Load button. Repeat this step for each file you want to update. Update the files in the following order:
- rtos
- system
- web
- Once the update is complete, restart the Base module.
