MIGRATION REGULATIONS
DOMIQ BASE → DOMIQ BASE 2.0
(for customers)

1. General provisions

These regulations (the “Regulations”) define the rules of the DOMIQ Base device migration program to DOMIQ Base 2.0 (the “Program”) addressed to Customers using DOMIQ devices.

The program allows you to exchange your DOMIQ Base device for DOMIQ Base 2.0 on preferential terms, depending on the age of the device.
-
Migration purchases are made exclusively through the dedicated product page of the DOMIQ online store.
-
The Program Operator is DOMIQ Sp. z o.o.
2. Conditions of participation in the Program
The Program is open to Customers who:
-
have an original, functional DOMIQ Base module,
-
purchase the DOMIQ Base 2.0 product – migration by March 31, 2026,
-
provide the correct serial number of the device being migrated,
-
will send the functional DOMIQ Base module to DOMIQ as part of the migration procedure no earlier than February 27, 2026. Modules received earlier will be migrated after February 27, 2026 or sent back at the sender’s expense.
Each migration purchase applies to one specific DOMIQ Base serial number.
3. Migration options depending on the age of the device
3.1. DOMIQ Base up to 24 months (under warranty)
Option: device modernization
The customer receives:
-
replacing the top board with a new one,
-
changing the housing to the black version,
-
installation of new screws and extensions,
-
transfer of the full configuration,
-
test of correct operation.
Conditions:
-
the device must have an active warranty,
-
the condition for implementation is the return of a functional DOMIQ Base module,
-
elements replaced during modernization become the property of DOMIQ.
The migration procedure begins on February 27, 2026 at the earliest. Modules received before this date are waiting at the DOMIQ headquarters and will be migrated after February 27, 2026 or can be sent back earlier without migration at the sender’s expense.
3.2. DOMIQ Base 24–60 months (after warranty)
Variant: reduced price of the new DOMIQ Base 2.0
The customer receives:
-
new DOMIQ Base 2.0 module at a reduced price,
-
configuration transfer,
-
full device test.
Conditions:
-
it is necessary to return the used DOMIQ Base,
-
After receiving the shipment, the device becomes the property of DOMIQ.
The migration procedure begins on February 27, 2026 at the earliest. Modules received before this date are waiting at the DOMIQ headquarters and will be migrated after February 27, 2026 or can be sent back earlier without migration at the sender’s expense.
3.3. DOMIQ Base over 60 months (5+ years)
Option: preferential discount on DOMIQ Base 2.0
The customer receives:
-
preferential discount on the new DOMIQ Base 2.0,
-
configuration transfer,
-
test of correct operation.
Conditions:
-
it is required to return the old device,
-
Upon acceptance, the device becomes the property of DOMIQ.
The migration procedure begins on February 27, 2026 at the earliest. Modules received before this date are waiting at the DOMIQ headquarters and will be migrated after February 27, 2026 or can be sent back earlier without migration at the sender’s expense.
4. Migration process
After purchasing the migration, the Customer sends to DOMIQ:
-
efficient DOMIQ Base module,
-
order number or document confirming purchase.
After receiving the device, DOMIQ performs:
-
modernization (for devices up to 24 months) or preparation of a new DOMIQ Base 2.0 device (for other variants),
-
configuration transfer,
-
functional test of the device.
Delivery time:
-
24–48 hours from receipt of the shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipments delivered on Friday may take longer to arrive. International shipments may take longer.
Elements dismantled during migration are not returnable and become the property of DOMIQ.
5. Shipping of devices
-
The customer covers the cost of shipping the device to DOMIQ and ships the device no earlier than February 27, 2026.

DOMIQ covers the cost of sending the migrated DOMIQ Base 2.0 back to the customer (domestic shipment).

DOMIQ is not liable for damages resulting from:
-
improper preparation or securing of the shipment by the Customer,
-
actions or omissions of courier, postal and other carriers (including loss, damage, delays).
-

The obligation to submit a complaint to the carrier rests with the Customer.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
DOMIQ may refuse to perform the migration if:
-
the serial number is incorrect or incompatible,
-
the device is non-original, modified or incomplete,
-
the device is malfunctioning in a way that prevents migration,
-
the notification concerns a device purchased after December 10, 2025 or the order was placed after this date.
7. Warranty and guarantee
-
The new board used in the modernization variant is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with standard DOMIQ rules.
-
Migration does not affect the warranty period of peripheral devices in the Customer’s installation.
8. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Program should be submitted via email to: info@domiq.pl. Review time: up to 14 days.
9. Final provisions
-
DOMIQ reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect orders placed before they come into effect.

In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
