Double-click on the Base module name to open the console window.
When an Update Fails
If you see the message Update Failed while updating Base, do NOT restart the Base module. Please contact our technical support department at the following phone number:
How to update?
Automatically
- Log in to the Base Configurator interface.
- Go to the Settings tab and, in the System section, click the Updates button.
- Click Update Selected. The software will automatically download the updates and restart Base.
Manually
- Download the files to be updated from the website.
- Enter the Base Configurator you wish to update.
- Go to the Settings tab and, in the System section, click the Updates button.
- Paste the update key for the file you wish to update into the Update Key field and click Load. Repeat this process for each file you want to update. Files should be updated in the following order:
- rtos
- system
- web
- After completing the update, restart the Base module.
