Where can I find the module’s serial number?

You can find the DOMIQ Base 1.0 serial number:

1. On the device’s casing; it always begins with the “#” symbol, e.g., #477D5C. #477D5C.
2. In the configurator: Settings -> App Authorizations
3. In the Remote app -> click the “i” icon next to your installation’s name.

Before purchasing the migration, please note the serial number of your module. This will allow us to transfer your configuration and licenses and efficiently complete the migration upon receipt.
