Pstryk

Integration with an energy monitoring and optimization system is one of the more important elements of a building automation system. It allows not only seeing energy prices but also achieving real savings. This tutorial will show you how to integrate DOMIQ with the Pstryk system.

What is Pstryk? #

Pstryk is a Polish energy supplier offering a Dynamic Plan – a tariff in which electricity prices change every hour, depending on energy market quotations, and are known in advance for the following day.

The integration allows the DOMIQ system to continuously read energy prices from Pstryk and automatically decide, based on this data, when to consume energy, when to store it in a battery, and when to limit consumption – always at the most cost-effective moment.

Information about the Pstryk dynamic tariff

The integration is available only for the DOMIQ Base 2.0 module.

Prerequisites #

For the integration to work correctly, the following is required:

  • An active Pstryk contract under the Dynamic Plan
  • An API key available in the Pstryk panel
  • Internet access from DOMIQ

Step-by-step configuration #

1. In the Integrations tab, enable the Pstryk integration.

2. Then use the Configure button to begin the configuration:

2.1 In the API Key field, paste the API key you received after purchase and confirm with the “Approve” button. The API key is available at pstryk.pl/panel/ustawienia/api/

2.2 You can edit the electricity price update interval (options: 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 min).

2.3 Configure the price thresholds that determine when a price is considered cheap or expensive:

2.4 The Save and quit button will save the Pstryk configuration and automatically add the user interface to the Remote tab, making it immediately ready for operation and control from the mobile app.

3. To complete the configuration, confirm the changes in the Integrations tab by clicking Save.
