Zehnder is a brand of heat recovery ventilation units. ComfoConnect is a Zehnder module that enables communication with the ventilation unit. The integration allows live data readout directly from the ventilation unit, without the need to log in to the manufacturer’s app or portal. Available data includes operating modes and ventilation speed, the boost/ventilation function, temperature and humidity in individual air channels, as well as information on the upcoming filter replacement date, allowing the operation of the ventilation unit to be monitored and controlled in real time from a single system, alongside other devices in the home.
The Zehnder ComfoConnect PRO integration is available only for the DOMIQ Base 2.0 module. A ventilation unit from a series compatible with the ComfoConnect PRO module (ComfoAir Q or ComfoAir Flex) is required, along with the ComfoConnect module in the PRO version – other variants (LAN C, KNX C) are not supported by this integration. 1. In the Integrations tab, enable the Zehnder ComfoConnect integration.
2. Then use the Configure button to begin the configuration:
2.1 Add a new device (+Add device) and set its name and IP address.
2.2 The Save and quit button will save the device configuration and automatically add a user interface to the Remote tab, making it immediately ready for operation and control from the mobile app.
3. To complete the configuration, confirm the changes in the Integrations tab by clicking Save.
